JOIN Beloved's Neighborhood Club

Beloved is a little girl who has many experiences just like other children her age. She goes to school, makes friends, has fun with them doing lots of activities together.

She is sad when she finds out her family is moving to a different house, and she has to leave her friends behind including the pepper tree! Beloved is worried about what friends she’ll have in her new home. That’s why she wants to make new friends, including you; friends she can stay in touch with no matter where she lives. Her Mom suggested starting Beloved’s Neighborhood Club for other children and their adults to join. Beloved’s Neighborhood is anywhere Beloved is, anywhere in the whole world. No matter where you live or what kinds of things you like to do for fun, you can join Beloved’s Neighborhood Club.

Because she loves to play with her friends, she is sharing all kinds of fun things you’ll enjoy doing with other children like you. It’s free to join and play in Beloved’s Neighborhood Club.

Some activities are making sock puppets, having puppet shows, going on treasure hunts, drawing things, doing puzzles, exploring nature, making up your own stories, sharing your ideas, and lots of other fun things to do with each other.

Have an adult sign up for you with their email address so you can join Beloved’s Neighborhood Club and become friends with Beloved and her friends. You can even invite your friends to come here, too!

Beloved looks forward to exchanging fun ideas and activities with you here, on her blog and in her newsletter. And remember, you can always leave the club any time you want if you’re not enjoying yourself.

Welcome to Beloved’s Neighborhood Club. We’re so happy to see you and have lots of fun ideas to bring you. First we have some presents for you.

Ann Gonzales, who is the author. She is the person who wrote the book, Beloved and the Pepper Tree,” and she agreed to read the story to you. That way you get to meet her and also meet Beloved, and her good friend, the Pepper Tree.

The other present for you is the book itself, for you to see every page here on your screen, right away, as many times as you want. It’s a little different than if you had the book in your hand, but you’ll always know where it is when you want to see it.
